We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to grow a business in commercial real estate while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is a strong fit for someone interested in investment properties, business development, and building relationships with investors, property owners, developers, and business professionals.
You will learn how to prospect for commercial opportunities, connect with property owners, understand client investment objectives, and evaluate potential transactions. As you gain experience, you will develop greater knowledge of commercial sales, leasing, acquisitions, property analysis, negotiations, and the factors that influence investment decisions.
Working alongside experienced commercial real estate professionals, you will gain practical exposure to active transactions while developing your own network and pipeline. Coaching, mentorship, and established systems will help you improve your prospecting, follow up, market knowledge, and ability to communicate effectively with commercial clients.
The focus is on developing a consistent approach to creating business and becoming a valuable resource for investors and property owners. Over time, you will have the opportunity to build lasting professional relationships, generate repeat and referral business, and expand into increasingly sophisticated commercial opportunities.
