Project Administrator – Compliance Focus

We are seeking a Project Administrator to support compliance efforts across subcontractor and vendor management for a construction firm. This role serves as a key link between project approval and payment, working closely with project management and accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review subcontractor payment applications for required compliance documentation
• Manage subcontractor and vendor compliance.
• Support vendor onboarding and setup.
• Provide administrative support for contracts
• Act as a control point between project approval and payment processing.
• Liaison with Project Managers and Accounting on status

Ideal Background:

• Experience in subcontractor coordination, change orders, contract management, or compliance within a transferable industry- construction a plus.
• Open to recent college graduates with strong administrative experience, high attention to detail, and strong technical skills who want to grow their career!
• Hard-working, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
