Your Mission in Action As a Product Management Intern, you will work closely with the product manager, engineers, and stakeholders to help shape product roadmaps, define requirements, conduct research, and support product delivery. A strong technical foundation is important, and experience with UX/UI design principles is a significant plus.ResponsibilitiesAssist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaConduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify opportunities and validate ideasPartner with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and help prioritize featuresSupport product discovery activities, including customer interviews, surveys, and usability testingAnalyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend solutionHelp maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and documentationParticipate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectivesReview designs and recommend improvements in user flows, wireframes, and overall user experienceOther duties as assignedQualifications Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Product Management, Business with a technical focus, or related fieldStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teamsFamiliarity with software development concepts and product development lifecycleStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Travel This position will not be required to travel Physical Demands & Work Conditions This position requires sitting and looking and using a computer for long periods of timeLift, push, pull, move up to 25 lbs.The physical requirements for this position with or without reasonable accommodation are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this position successfully.
