We're growing fast and need reliable people NOW. Sparkle Squad of Ashburn-Leesburg-Sterling is a high-tech, premium exterior care company -- window cleaning, gutter care, pressure washing, and a rapidly expanding holiday lighting installation business serving hundreds of homes and dozens of commercial properties across Northern Virginia. Our holiday lighting season is ramping up right now (mid-September through November, with takedown after the holidays) and we're actively hiring installers to join 3-person crews for the run.

What you'll actually do:

• Install pre-bulbed, pre-clipped, pre-plugged holiday light strands on rooflines, trees, and landscaping -- we prep everything on the ground/shop bench first so you're not fumbling with bulbs on a ladder
• Work from a tool belt setup (plugs, clips, snips, box cutters, zip ties) so every job moves fast and looks clean
• Climb and work safely at heights up to 40 feet on ladders
• Also handle window cleaning (up to 60 feet, telescopic pole + purified water systems), gutter clearing, and pressure washing in our off-season
• Run every job through ServiceMinder on your phone -- schedule, details, photos, all in one place

What we need from you:

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record
• Comfortable on a ladder, comfortable outdoors in all weather
• Reliable, shows up on time, works well on a 3-person crew
• A smartphone (iOS or Android)
• Can pass a drug screen
• Willing to wear our branded uniform
