Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence.You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to large-scale implementations and enterprise-level client engagements.How You Will Make an ImpactLead end-to-end client implementations of the Singularity platform for insurance investment operations and accountingDrive structured project plans, governance, and execution to ensure successful onboarding and high client satisfactionManage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, including oversight of project teams and resourcesServe as the primary point of contact between clients and SS&C teams (product, development, operations)Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including leading project reviews and executive updatesConduct business analysis, workflow reviews, and operational assessments to support implementation successProvide subject matter expertise and consult clients on best practices within investment accounting and operationsSupport pre-sales initiatives and contribute to ongoing product and implementation methodology improvementsRequired ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldSignificant experience in program or project management within financial services implementationsStrong background in investment accounting, with insurance industry experience highly preferredExperience with public and private investments, including fixed income, equities, derivatives, FX, and commercial loansProven ability to manage complex projects and high-pressure client environmentsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and time managementWhat Sets You ApartDirect experience with insurance investment operations and accounting platformsExperience leading large-scale system implementations or outsourcing transitionsStrong consulting mindset with the ability to influence and guide clientsExperience contributing to process improvement and implementation methodologiesDemonstrated leadership experience managing project teams and cross-functional stakeholdersJoin SS&C, where innovation meets global opportunities.
